Shall we visit you?

Want to learn from Danish experts? Members of the Cycling Embassy of Denmark are happy to arrange workshops, participate in seminars and panels for professionals or public meetings in your home city.

A visit from the Cycling Embassy of Denmark is an opportunity for local stakeholders to engage in a knowledge sharing process with Danish experts. And we can learn a lot from visiting you too and experiencing a different take on cycling.

Case: Northern Ireland

In the summer of 2012, the Cycling Embassy of Denmark travelled to Belfast in Northern Ireland joining forces with officials from Britain’s CTC and Ireland’s Cyclists.ie to support cycling advocates in Northern Ireland.

The visit included meetings with Minister for the Environment, Alex Atwood, presentations for local traffic planners, a bike ride through Belfast, a visit to a local school to celebrate their Bike to School day, and a public meeting with local citizens and bicycle enthusiasts.

Please contact the secretariat or the individual members for further information and prices.
