Copenhagen Most Liveable City 2013

According to the lifestyle magazine Monocle, Copenhagen is the world’s most liveable city. It is the second time the Danish capital wins the title, the last time being in 2008. Then and now, bicycles play an essential role for Copenhagen’s high level of life quality for the city’s residents and visitors.

Factors like a vibrant urban life, flexible opening hours, lots of culture and festivals, attractive waterside public spaces and a proactive green profile also nailed the decision. There is no doubt, however, that Copenhagen is in the top league when it comes to cycling culture.
