The Cycling Embassy of Denmark acts as a liaison between you and a variety of different stakeholders ranging from municipalities, communication consultants and urban planners to producers of urban furniture, bicycles, and cycling equipment. Where to go? Denmark is a small country. All our partner municipalities and companies are no more than 3 hours travel time apart. The municipalities span from a suburb of 38,000 inhabitants to our Capital City of 1.2 million. Topography varies from flat to hilly, while temperatures range from below freezing to +30 degrees Celsius according to season. In other words, most visitors should be able to find a time and place when Denmark offers a good bicycle friendly comparison to their own home city.
To help plan your trip, we have compiled a series of lectures and tour modules. When you have chosen your modules of interest, you will be able to arrange a trip yourself using the provided practical information and links. We can also help you with the preparations.
