Cities across the world have attempted to overcome modern environmental challenges such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions while still remaining competitive in a globalized economy. Copenhagen has chosen to follow 10 key principles that will allow them to rediscover the city, making it more environmentally, socially and economically sustainable, in order to create a better place to live for the current and future population.
