Troels Andersen was representing Fredericia Cycle City at the 22th of May at the Climate Change conference in Markinch, Scotland. He made a key note presentation on how implementing cycle friendly cities can change local health and the carbon dioxide emissions. Even though that the level of cycling in Scotland is far behind the Danish level, cycling has fine possibilities and potentials in urban areas.
